The subject History Didactics and Teaching Practice aims to meet the constant and renewed demands of teaching in schools, which arise in the teaching task and which initial training, given the necessary delimitation of the curriculum and the minimum contents of the 2000 Syllabus, does not contemplate. For this reason, two training areas were proposed for the year 2021: “Fundamentals and current conception of disability” and “Challenges of inclusive education in teaching practices”. The central aspects of the meetings, registration forms and the evaluation requested from the participants are taken as inputs for the work. Este artículo recupera la experiencia realizada en la Carrera de Historia de la Universidad Nacional de Salta desde un espacio creado en el año 2020, a partir del cual se generan conversatorios de formación en el marco de la materia. La materia Didáctica de la Historia y Práctica Docente se propone atender a demandas constantes y renovadas del hacer docente en las instituciones escolares, que se presentan en la tarea docente y que la formación inicial, dada la necesaria delimitación del currículum y los contenidos mínimos del Plan de Estudios 2000, no contempla. Por este motivo, se propusieron dos espacios de formación en el año 2021: “Fundamentos y concepción actual de la discapacidad” y “Desafíos de la educación inclusiva en las prácticas de enseñanza”.
