The assumption that runs through this work is that changes in subjectivity occur as producers become involved or intervene in collective-organizational processes linked to work. In our investigation we adopted a qualitative methodological strategy (Vasilachis 2006), which was built from the bond and work agreements with the MTE referents. In this sense, we carry out participant observations of the work in the farms, and in deliberative and formative spaces. At the same time, we conducted in-depth interviews with delegates and producers. The results of the analysis showed the complexity of the processes of construction of subjectivity, in experiences such as commercialization, assemblies, training workshops and spaces where women and young people take on a leading role. These findings become relevant in relation to the forms of transformation and subjective change that are fostered in the organizational spaces of the movement. En este artículo nos proponemos abordar la construcción de subjetividad de los/las productores y productoras frutihortícolas de la regional oeste del AMBA, comprendida en las zonas de Luján y General Rodríguez, en el marco de los procesos colectivos-organizativos vinculados a su pertenencia a la rama rural del Movimiento de Trabajadores Excluidos (en adelante MTE). El supuesto que recorre este escrito, es que se producen cambios en la subjetividad, a medida que los/las productores/as se involucran o intervienen en procesos colectivos-organizativos vinculados al trabajo. En nuestra indagación adoptamos una estrategia metodológica cualitativa (Vasilachis 2006), que se construyó a partir del vínculo y los acuerdos de trabajo con los/as referentes del MTE. En este sentido, llevamos adelante observaciones participantes del trabajo en las quintas, y en espacios deliberativos y formativos. A su vez realizamos entrevistas en profundidad a delegados/as y productores/as. Los resultados del análisis mostraron la complejidad de los procesos de construcción de subjetividad, en experiencias tales como la comercialización, las asambleas, los talleres de formación y los espacios donde las mujeres y los jóvenes adquieren protagonismo. Estos hallazgos cobran relevancia en relación a las formas de transformación y cambio subjetivo que se propician en los espacios organizativos del movimiento.
