The concept of moral arrangements aims to overcome the dichotomy or opposition collective behavior and rational action. Based on notions that link morality with interests, the article reconstructs the political scheme as a process and social relations. The fieldwork, with records of observations, took place between August and December 2015. Se describieron las disputas políticas y los arreglos morales de una red partidaria municipal, para abordar las singularidades de las prácticas políticas, de organización partidaria y de los distintos significados que los actores políticos ponen a jugar en la construcción y permanencia de esa red. El concepto de arreglos morales pretende superar la dicotomía o contraposición entre comportamiento colectivo y acción racional. A partir de nociones que vinculan moral con intereses, es que el artículo reconstruye la trama política como proceso y relación social. El trabajo de campo, con registros de observaciones, se desarrolló entre agosto y diciembre de 2015.
