| Sumario: | This article presents the analysis of key issues to teacher training, mainly those related to students in the career of History who make the option for teaching. The focus is placed in recognizing some constituent elements of the initial formation in teacher training which are, at this moment, being discussed at governmental level in order to strengthen teacher training since it has been declared of public interest. This involves the construction of agreements among different agencies from national and provincial levels. In this context, meetings were held and working teams created as part of the project: Improving Teaching Training for High School professors in Language, History and Geography areas. The output production deals with: what is the meaning of thinking contents of teaching training initial formation on the basis of what the future professors should understand? |
