Sumario:Women are now occupying different public offices, and have access to different job titles. However, this progress is slow and the hierarchization between gender continues. For this reason, schools are now required to seriously debate gender questions. In addition to the existence of disciples that discuss gender question in the curricula of grad and undergrad courses, the courses for teaching formation must also include discussions of these themes. More than progresses in the legal apparatus, which are obviously necessary, is also urgent a cultural change. If the school was once very efficient to produce hierarchization and submission between gender, it can now collaborate in producing a more egalitarian and democratic relation between them.
