Sumario:Usually we circumscribe the time of the practice in the initial formation of teachers to the next stage of the students' graduation. In such circumstances students "mutate" from students to teachers in a short period of time. This new role is located in a different space and less known to !hose who were accustomed and with somewhat more stringent regulations "that must comply." That is, a cluster of elements and situations diverse and particular that requires new readings.Within the framework of this new situation and new role, socialization, knowledge of the discipline, the teaching strategies and adaptation that are shaping the professional identity are intertwined in a process "acculturated". Identity that is built individually and collectively, in an intersubjective network of relationships with colleagues, students, institutions and daily activities that generate practices that are rooted and end up forming unquestionable standards that must be met
