description Stressing the categories ‘difficulties’, ‘problems’, ‘learning disorders’ is one of the aims of the article, without simplifying a reality that is itself complex. For this, the article is structured in two parts. In the first development epistemological assumptions from which I visualize the disciplinary dialogue Pedagogy, Didactics and Psychopedagogy based on some points of intersection between their disciplinary objects and interventions. In the second, I present some didactic keys to plan and develop heterogeneous teaching situations (object of Didactics): the scope of the contents and the indicators of achievements / progress. With this I intend to contribute to the construction of views that perceive heterogeneity as constitutive of the condition of the subjects and of the school classes and, to the deconstruction of homogenizing views. Interdisciplinary dialogue and disciplinary and interdisciplinary research are central to this construction process. Necessary dialogues and new perspectives that today collaborate with society and schools in the realization of education as a right for all subjects (object of Pedagogy). Education as a right implies, among other issues, knowing and considering the situated learning processes that subjects in context construct throughout their different life cycles, the vicissitudes of those learning construction processes and the subjectivities that are configured in the occur from them (object of Psychopedagogy). Dialogues and looks focused on heterogeneous classes configured by subjects with different learning modalities according to their desiring possibilities.
