Sumario: | The work describes the styles of management practices of secondary school directors in the city of La Plata. We analysis twelve interviews with directors and discusses the bureaucratic and pedagogical knowledge in their actions, the place given to the conflict, and the link between educative management and the different social actors. The conclusions point out that coexist standard practices with diversity and conflicts that challenge the educational management. |
