In the present work we are interested in reflecting on the renewal of Peronism in Neuquén between 1983 and 1989, since in this case sub national, it is necessary to link Peronism with the Neuquén Popular Movement. This was because this party was created by Peronist leaders and officials during the PJ ban (1961), the government of FreJuLi was successfully contested as the real Peronism in 1973 and with a consolidated structure in the eighties and without abandoning the traditional flags that they originated it, again triumphed in the government of Neuquén. Therefore, within the framework of the Peronist renovation at national and local level, in this last scenario, the attempt to create a provincial Peronism, through the formation of Justice, Democracy and Participation (JDP) failed because, among other reasons, there was another consolidated Neuquén Peronism. This case has a certain singularity because it was not presented in the rest of the provinces during the democratic transition.
