Sumario:This article proposes the review of the political control and military surveillance in Argentina from its previous conception to the dictatorship in 1976 up to its implementation in the territory during the dictatorial government. It does it putting the focus in the Patagonian locality of El Bolsón, placed to the Andean Southwest of Río Negro, whose relative isolation to the big urban centers and the outstanding political events of the seventies, had fed the idea of certain alienation to the State terrorism. Based on various oral sources and documentaries, from a micro-historical perspective, this article thinks about how to illuminate aspects that allow to demonstrate the complexity that supposed the planning and implementation of the Doctrine of National Security, from the secret and confidential military regulations, up to the evidences of the existence of networks of denunciation and civil complicity dispersed along the whole social framework, making possible the concretion of the annihilation plan length and breadth the national territory.
