It does it putting the focus in the Patagonian locality of El Bolsón, placed to the Andean Southwest of Río Negro, whose relative isolation to the big urban centers and the outstanding political events of the seventies, had fed the idea of certain alienation to the State terrorism. Based on various oral sources and documentaries, from a micro-historical perspective, this article thinks about how to illuminate aspects that allow to demonstrate the complexity that supposed the planning and implementation of the Doctrine of National Security, from the secret and confidential military regulations, up to the evidences of the existence of networks of denunciation and civil complicity dispersed along the whole social framework, making possible the concretion of the annihilation plan length and breadth the national territory. Este artículo propone la revisión de los dispositivos de control político y vigilancia militar en Argentina desde su concepción previa al Golpe de Estado del 24 de marzo de 1976, hasta su implementación en el territorio durante el gobierno dictatorial. Lo hace poniendo el foco en la localidad patagónica de El Bolsón, situada al sudoeste cordillerano de la provincia de Río Negro, y cuyo aislamiento relativo con respecto a los grandes centros urbanos y los acontecimientos políticos más relevantes de los años setenta, ha alimentado la idea de cierta ajenidad respecto del terrorismo de Estado. Basado en fuentes orales y documentales diversas, desde una perspectiva microhistórica este artículo busca iluminar aspectos que permitan evidenciar la complejidad que supuso la planificación e implementación de la Doctrina de Seguridad Nacional, desde la batería de normativas castrenses de carácter secreto y confidencial, hasta las evidencias de la existencia de redes de delación y complicidad civil dispersas por todo el entramado social, haciendo posible la concreción del plan de aniquilamiento a lo largo y ancho del territorio.
