description El trabajo reflexiona sobre la crítica política al Poder Judicial desde los movimientos de lucha en la universidad -principalmente el estudiantil-. Se hace un breve recorrido en relación retrospectiva a los movimientos estudiantiles desde el año 1918 a esta parte, sobre el cuestionamiento a los poderes instituidos con que se enfrentaron, remarcando la actualidad e inédita politización respecto de la administración de justicia, y cómo ello brinda nuevos elementos para resignificar el concepto de autonomía universitaria. AbstractThis work aims at reflecting on the political criticism towards the Judicial Power from the struggle movements  at  university -mainly from the student movement-.  A brief tour is done -in retrospect to the student movements since 1918 to the present - of  the questions  about the instituted powers they had to face  up, highlighting the current unprecedented politicization  in regard to   the administration of justice, and how it provides new elements to resignify the concept of university autonomy.Keywords: university, reform, Córdoba, students, Judicial Power
