description This writing comes from the work that as an intern performed in the PI VO94 “Present sufferings in infancies and adolescences. The institutional approaching place: the community work before what it resists” (CURZA-UNco), addressed by Dra. Patricia Weigandt and co addressed by B.A. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia.Said course will be theoretical exploratory and will have the objective to be able to continue thinking about how to intervene, or what strategies could be implemented with those people who live and often resist in the institutions that assist them.Mental health was not always understood or approached in the same way. In this category as so many others are social movements that were transformed in time by responding to thedifferent ways of understanding mental health. In that sense, we will think of possible movements of the professionals working in mental health institutions in order to achieve with these people that some of the social bonds appears. This path will be done from the psychoanalytic theoretical frame and method, since it was by the hand of psychoanalysis that the work with the notion of the social bond began.
