Asimismo, realiza un recorrido detallado del proceso de colonización que sufrió su comunidad —y ella en particular— debido a la intervención de instituciones religiosas dentro del territorio comunitario de la mano de la connivencia estatal.Finalmente, nos cuenta de su emigración a la ciudad y el gran proceso de descolonización vivido gracias a  la construcción de espacios colectivos que reivindican el ejercicio de la identidad mapuce en Neuquén Capital, ubicada dentro del territorio mapuce ancestral.PALABRAS CLAVE: pueblo mapuce, colonialidad, interculturalidad, proceso de (de)colonización ABSTRACTPety (Petrona) Piciñam is in a position of authority in Lof Puel Pvjv, which belongs to the Zonal Xawvnko of the Confederación Mapuce of Neuquén. She is Kimeltucefe (a mapuce educator) who works for the defense of the rights of the Pueblo Mapuce in key areas such as health, education and interculturality.In this interview she retells her experiences in the home community and her family, and explains how she internalized her knowledge of and about mapucethrough the teachings shared by her elders. Likewise, she provides a detailed account of the colonization process undergone by her community —and by herself in particular— due to the intervention of religious institutions in the mapuce community with the connivance of the state. Finally, she relates her emigration to the city and the significant process of decolonization she went through thanks to the creation of collective spaces to reclaim the right to the mapuce identity in Neuquén Capital, a city which is situated in the ancestral mapuce territory.KEYWORDS: mapuce people, coloniality, interculturality, (de)colonization process
