Quantitative method was used; the study had a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational design. The data collection instruments were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability was calculated through Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. A total of 141 workers assigned to five departments of the administrative area took part in the study. The results showed the participative leadership style as the predominant one and the highest level of productivity was found in the commitment dimension.
