All these characters when gathered, either in whole or in part, permit us to affirm with great foundation, in a determined case this diagnosis of endothelioma. Aprés une longue étude historique sur l'origine et les variations de critérium subis dans le concept et déíinition d'Endothéliome, l'auteur finit par accepter l'éxistence réelle de cette entilé oncologique. Il marque les caracteres macro et microscopiques, et aussi sa particuliére conduite bio- logique en face des organes et individus attaqués de ce mal. Ces caracteres, réunis d'une maniere totale ou partielle, nous permettent affirmer avec fondament, ce diagnostique d'endothéliome dans un cas déterminé.
