After discussing the value of these methods he sustains: a) That the capillaritis in its various forms is produced as a consequence or accompany liver insufficiency; b) That the functional tests denote capillary or vascular disorders which can be met in hepatic cases, but they are not patrimony of them; c) That the capillaritis in the hepatic cases should be considered a complication which according to its characters can be light or grave.
