A continuación, se describe un caso clínico donde la causa del traumatismo del ICS sufrió fracturas radiculares horizontales, considerado situación de urgencia, siendo tratado de forma inmediata. Introduction: Root fractures suffered by permanent teeth mainly affect the upper central incisors in the age group between 11 and 20 years of age. Being the central incisors the most vulnerable since they support 80% of all traumatic injuries. A clinical case is described below where the cause of the trauma of the ICS suffered horizontal root fractures, considered an emergency situation, being treated immediately.
