The Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) is accomplishing a broad research of the judiciary system through the edition of a group of annual goals (2009 and 2010). One of the objectives is the effectiveness of the Electronic Process, through internet. The National Plan of Broadband will help the promotion of the electronic government, and the judiciary can take their services, in more qualified way, to the places that are today on the margin of the net. The real impact of the execution of the groups of goals of CNJ and the application of the Electronic Process still needs to be measured, not only into the structure of the judiciary, but concerning the citizen and to the society, which shout for more justice and democracy.
