Das IR-Spektrum von Scandium - Orthovanadat

The infrared spectrum of ScYO₄ is reported and discussed in comparison with those of YVO₄ and of the lighter lanthanide orthovanadates. In order to facilitate the vibrational assignment the spectra of a series of solid solutions of the type Sc(V0₄)1-n(P0₄)n are also measured and analyzed.
