In this paper, we show a characterization of layers of TiO<sub>2</sub> grown by two different methods, Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) at atmospheric pressure and spray pyrolysis (SP). The samples were characterized by SEM, EDS, AFM, XRD and Raman Spectrometry.
