description Universidad de Antioquia, as requested by Secretaría de Educación para la Cultura de Antioquia, is in charge of the participative construction of an administrative model in the State of Antioquia’s sub-regions of Bajo Cauca, West, and South West. Specifically, this project pretends to support the development of an architectural design for Ciudadela Panzenú, located in Caucasia (Bajo Cauca), in conjunction with a team of professionals of Universidad Nacional de Colombia at Medellín.
