| description |
Migrant hometown associations are organizations that identify with the same community of origin in Mexico and are characterized by indoor activities are controlled and coordinated to achieve specific objectives and specific objectives aimed at promoting the development and welfare of vulnerable sectors in natal community as education, health and housing. In addition, these are organizations where cultural elements are developed that define characteristics and establish differences among other organizations immersed in the transnational migration circuit. The premise is that native clubs motivate the emergence of new organizations where individuals internalize dominant cognitive forms such as language, values, symbols and attitudes. In this way, a commitment is generated between the individual, the organization and the land. |
