Tal mudança estrutural trouxe consequências para o padrão de relações políticas e de segurança globais do pós-guerra. Nesta perspectiva, será analisado como os Estados envolveram-se em uma variedade de sistemas de governança global e arranjos, impactando no conceito atribuído a soberania. |
