description Radiodrama is a family of genres that uses radio language elements for storytelling. We don't talk only about radioplays, or about the past. Today, the many forms of radiodrama got new roles and new posibilities. This article is about its techniques, narratives and particular characteristics, in addition to the potential offered by information and communication technologies. Nowadays in Latin America there are many examples confirming that it is possible to produce innovative, creative and entertaining content, which use ICT as a tool to foster production posibilities, and which contemplates its social role and independent production.
