Los tres momentos en que nos detendremos son: la concepción del pacto de amor en el seminario 3; las consecuencias de la introducción del objeto a a nivel del deseo en el seminario 10; el seminario 14, en el que se anticipan los desarrollos sobre el goce femenino posteriores del seminario 20. El recorrido explicita su condición de goce supuesto a la falla inherente al encuentro sexual.Palabras clave: Lacan, deseo, goce, amor.AbstractIn this article we will study three moments of Lacan's teaching in order to locate the place of the loving partner when he cannot be reduced to the condition of counterpart. We intend to find a common structure in different periods: the function of interpellation. The three times we will study are: the conception of love pact in Seminar III; the consequences of the introduction of the object a at the level of desire in Seminar X; Seminar XIV, wherein the developments on feminine jouissance from Seminar XX are anticipated. The study explains its condition of jouissance presupposed in the failure inherent in sexual encounter.Keywords: Lacan, desire, jouissance, love.RésuméCet article abordera trois moments de l'enseignement de Lacan, dans le but de repérer la place accordée au partenaire amoureux quand celui-ci ne peut pas être réduit à l'état de semblable. L'objectif est de trouver une structure commune à différentes périodes : la fonction de l'interpellation. L'on examinera donc trois moments : le concept de pacte d'amour dans le Séminaire 3; les conséquences de l'introduction de l'objet aau niveau du désir dans le Séminaire 10; le Séminaire 14, où les développements du Séminaire 20 sur la jouissance féminine sont anticipés. Le parcours explicite sa condition de jouissance attribuée à la faille inhérente à la rencontre sexuel.Mots-clés : Lacan, désir, jouissance, amour.
