Sumario:Since the Berlín Wall was demolished, the World has been dominated by the West. Every other culture, even the oldest (Eastern) or the most militant (Islam), is today but a peripheral culture. In the face of transnational capitalist expansion and its borderless empire, subsistence economies disappear and the Nation-State enters into crisis. Considering all of the above and rigorously analyzing its historical antecedents, the Costa Rican philosopher Arnoldo Mora outlines in this essay the challenges facing the human race today, including the construction of a new international order.
