This article explores international experiences that resort to the Earth Charter as an element of innovation in the field of compulsory education (Nursery, Primary and Secondary). A decade after publication of the Earth Charter, and through content analysis of these experiences, we aim to analyze the trajectory, the level of commitment assumed by the educational field and promote dialogue and the gradual awareness about Earth Charter and its relevance for education.
