Sumario:From the perspective of community social psychology, popular education and feminist epistemology, this article has the following purposes: (a) to systematize some topics linked to the construction of a training process of community promoters on gender, human rights and care; (b) to share some of the perceptions of the women who participated in the Training of Community Promoters, Gender and Human Rights about their role in the processes of care and the collective care strategies they implemented for the prevention of gender violence and in the strengthening of a series of proposals and projects against the daily and structural violence experienced by the members of the Mujeres Clasista Combativas (MCC) - Chaco. From a qualitative approach, this paper systematizes experience of popular feminist education, rescuing the narratives of the women members of the MCC - Chaco from 15 autobiographical interviews and their participation in 7 workshops. The training process took place in the city of Resistencia, Chaco, in a community space belonging to the organization, where 40 women members of the MCC participated. The methodology used seeks to socialize associated management modalities that promote the collective construction of knowledge, the strengthening of social and gender participation in the defense of women, human rights, communities and care.
