spelling I15-R240-article-19242025-07-02T21:29:14Z Production of collective care and critical pedagogies: An experience of feminist popular education Producción de los cuidados colectivos y pedagogías críticas: Una experiencia de educación popular feminista Longo, Roxana pedagogía y epistemología feminista cuidados Derechos Humanos feminist pedagogy and epistemology care Human Rights From the perspective of community social psychology, popular education and feminist epistemology, this article has the following purposes: (a) to systematize some topics linked to the construction of a training process of community promoters on gender, human rights and care; (b) to share some of the perceptions of the women who participated in the Training of Community Promoters, Gender and Human Rights about their role in the processes of care and the collective care strategies they implemented for the prevention of gender violence and in the strengthening of a series of proposals and projects against the daily and structural violence experienced by the members of the Mujeres Clasista Combativas (MCC) - Chaco. From a qualitative approach, this paper systematizes experience of popular feminist education, rescuing the narratives of the women members of the MCC - Chaco from 15 autobiographical interviews and their participation in 7 workshops. The training process took place in the city of Resistencia, Chaco, in a community space belonging to the organization, where 40 women members of the MCC participated. The methodology used seeks to socialize associated management modalities that promote the collective construction of knowledge, the strengthening of social and gender participation in the defense of women, human rights, communities and care. Desde la psicología social comunitaria, la educación popular y la epistemología feminista, el presente artículo tiene como propósitos: (a) Sistematizar algunos tópicos vinculados a la construcción de un proceso de formación de promotoras comunitarias sobre géneros, Derechos Humanos y cuidados; (b) compartir algunas de las percepciones de las mujeres que participaron en la Formación de Promotoras Comunitarias, Género y Derechos Humanos sobre su rol en los procesos de cuidado y las estrategias de cuidados colectivos que implementaron para la prevención de la violencia de género y en el fortalecimiento de una serie de propuestas y proyectos frente a las violencias cotidianas y estructurales que atraviesan las integrantes de las Mujeres Clasista Combativas (MCC) - Chaco. Desde un abordaje cualitativo, este trabajo sistematiza una experiencia de educación popular feminista, rescatando las narrativas de las mujeres integrantes de las MCC - Chaco desde 15 entrevistas autobiográficas y su participación en 7 talleres. El proceso de formación se desarrolló en la Ciudad de Resistencia, Chaco, en un espacio comunitario perteneciente a la organización, donde participaron 40 mujeres integrantes de las MCC.
