Since the beginning of 2020, this situation was shaken by the appearance of a pandemic due to COVID-19 that led to the suspension of all face-to-face activities in Argentine universities. Thus, teachers and students had to learn to work in virtuality. From an Argentine university pedagogical consultancy, we decided to investigate what were the university teaching changes that produced the passage to the virtuality from the teacher’s point of view. This article objectives are to present these changes; to give visibility to the experiences that teachers experienced in this context and finally to propose possible lines of action that contribute to transforming university education mediated by virtuality and institutional accompaniment to teachers in this disruptive situation. La enseñanza universitaria es una práctica social que, como tal, se despliega en un espacio-tiempo propio, en el que confluye diversos objetos y en el que las formas de uso de los recursos que en ella se despliegan están en estrecha relación con las actividades que se desarrollan. Desde principios del año 2020, esta situación se vio sacudida por la aparición de una pandemia producto del COVID-19, que llevó a que en las universidades argentinas se suspendieran todas las actividades presenciales. Así, docentes y estudiantes tuvimos que aprender a trabajar en la virtualidad.Desde la asesoría pedagógica de una universidad argentina decidimos investigar cuáles fueron los cambios que produjo el paso a la virtualidad de la enseñanza universitaria desde la mirada de los propios docentes. Los objetivos de este artículo son presentar dichos cambios, dar visibilidad a las experiencias que los docentes vivenciaron en este contexto y finalmente, plantear líneas de acción posibles que contribuyan a transformar la enseñanza universitaria mediada por la virtualidad y el acompañamiento institucional a los docentes en esta situación disruptiva.
