| Sumario: | The article presents a research whose general objective is to analyze the main educational impacts experienced at the National University of Río Cuarto as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, from the students' perspective and from a rights-based approach. A qualitative research was carried out with an interpretative approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with effective students. For data analysis, a data-based categorization process was carried out. Students' testimonies account for impacts, in the sense of traces, changes or reconfigurations in the relationships between subjects, institution, technologies and contexts, in relation to three analytical categories: (a) emerging inclusion-exclusion processes; (b) "this is not the university"; (c) changes in teaching and learning practices, particularly in interactions with professors and students, practical training, forms of evaluation, teachers' dispositions and students' autonomy. |
