In 2009, the province of Santa Fe created the Comprehensive Sexual Education Provincial Program, establishing an own mechanism of implementation of the legislation. In this article we propose to think about the particular experience of a province that developed specific regulative frames and its own strategies of instrumentation of this public policies. En el año 2006 se sanciona la Ley 26.150 de Educación Sexual Integral (ESI) que establece el derecho de todos los educandos de todos los niveles educativos – tanto de carácter público, de gestión estatal o privado – a recibir educación sexual integral. En 2009, la provincia de Santa Fe crea el Programa Provincial de ESI, estableciendo un mecanismo propio de implementación de la legislación vigente. Este artículo tiene por objetivo reflexionar en torno a la experiencia particular de una provincia que desarrolló marcos regulatorios específicos y estrategias de instrumentación propias de esta política pública en el marco de la formación docente para nivel inicial.
