At the “Normal School No. 2” were carried forward some pedagogical non-authoritative, self-managed and libertarians experiences rooted in the New School movement. Thus, the “Normal No.2” became a melting pot of renovating practices among local educational reality. During the thirties, led by its director Dolores Dabat, the school published Quid Novi?, a communications media with which we have worked to meet the educational objectives circulating in that innovative school. El Rosario del período de entreguerras asistió a prácticas innovadoras en el terreno de la educación. En la Escuela Normal N° 2 se llevaron adelante interesantes transformaciones pedagógicas contra autoritarias, auto gestionadas y libertarias que tenían su anclaje en la corriente de Escuela Nueva. Así, el Normal se fue transformando en crisol de experiencias renovadoras de la realidad educativa local. Durante la década del treinta, y dirigida por su directora Dolores Dabat, la escuela publicó la revista Quid Novi?, órgano de difusión con el cual hemos trabajado para conocer las propuestas pedagógicas que circulaban en la flamante institución educativa.
