The information arises from interviews (semi)structured, dense description and realized observations, as well as the utilization of bibliographical material and the analysis of photographic images. The theoretical approach takes again contributions on questions of the political thing, the urban sectors intra-neighborhoods, the representations and cultural identities. With such contributions it proposes to realize a social process related to the participative, representative thing and identity in the local area. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la trama de relaciones sociales que inciden en las prácticas participativas en el ámbito del centro vecinal (CV) y entre los vecinos del barrio Cuyaya de San Salvador de Jujuy a partir de las nociones de representación, identidades, espacialidad barrial, sectores intrabarriales, entre otros. Los datos surgen de entrevistas (semi)estructuradas, descripción densa y observaciones realizadas, así como la utilización de material bibliográfico y el análisis de imágenes fotográficas. El enfoque teórico retoma aportes sobre cuestiones de lo político, los sectores urbanos intrabarriales, las representaciones e identidades culturales. Con tales contribuciones se propone dar cuenta de un proceso social relacionado a lo participativo, representativo e identitario en el ámbito local.
