In this regard, we are intrested in rescue the figures of Pedro Díaz Pumará (in Benito Juárez) and Juan Adolfo Figueroa (in Tandil). The trajectory of both allows to reflect on ways of building the political leadership. The choice of a comparative study is fundamental for our understanding, this will allow us delve not only into the transformations else also in the persistance of the ways of power construction. In this way, we will try to show the personal networks that these politicians had; this networks, more that the party structure, were which made possible the power maintenance in long-term in the provincial interior. Desde una perspectiva comparada, pretendemos abordar la configuración del poder político en localidades del interior bonaerense en la primera mitad del siglo XX. En este sentido, nos interesa rescatar las figuras de Pedro Díaz Pumará (en Benito Juárez) y Juan Adolfo Figueroa (en Tandil). La trayectoria de ambos permite reflexionar acerca de las formas de construcción del liderazgo político. La elección de un estudio comparativo resulta a nuestro entender fundamental, ya que nos permitirá ahondar no sólo en las transformaciones sino también en las permanencias de las formas de construcción del poder. De esta manera, intentaremos dar cuenta de las redes personales con las que contaban estos políticos; ellas, más que el andamiaje partidario, eran las que posibilitaban el sostenimiento del poder en el largo plazo en el interior provincial.
