Sumario:This article analyzes the incorporation of the license for gender violence in the regulations of educational licenses in Santa Fe. In principle, the importance of Law No. 26,485 on comprehensive protection to prevent, punish and eradicate violence against women is proposed, as a legislative advance in order to make visible and install this problem in public space, even more so in a sector of highly feminized work such as teaching. The recognition by the state of a specific license for cases of gender violence is an example of the need to modify current regulations to attend the situations that many teachers in Santa Fe and in Argentina are going through.
