In particular, it seeks to explain the book’s treatment of the judicial sources on which it is based, the way in which it interprets them, and the conclusions it draws from its analysis, with the purpose of discussing the potential and limitations of labor justice archives in shedding new light on more general historical processes, such as the changes brought about by early Peronism in the world of work and the workers’ experience of the State. El trabajo propone un ejercicio crítico sobre el libro La justicia peronista, con el propósito de volver a reflexionar sobre sus principales hipótesis a la luz de las repercusiones que tuvo la obra y de los nuevos hallazgos de la historiografía. En particular, busca explicitar el tratamiento que el libro hace de las fuentes judiciales en las que se basa, el modo en que las interpreta y las conclusiones que saca de su análisis, con el objetivo de discutir las potencialidades y límites que tienen los archivos de la justicia laboral para arrojar nueva luz sobre procesos históricos más generales, como los cambios que trajo el primer peronismo en el mundo del trabajo y la experiencia del Estado de los trabajadores. O trabalho propõe um exercício crítico sobre o livro La justicia peronista, com o objetivo de refletir novamente sobre suas principais hipóteses à luz das repercussões que a obra teve e das novas descobertas da historiografia. Em particular, busca explicitar o tratamento que o livro dá às fontes judiciais nas quais se baseia, a maneira como as interpreta e as conclusões que tira de sua análise, com o objetivo de discutir as potencialidades e os limites que os arquivos da justiça trabalhista têm para lançar uma nova luz sobre processos históricos mais gerais, como as mudanças que o primeiro peronismo trouxe ao mundo do trabalho e a experiência do Estado dos trabalhadores.
