Based on the ecclesiastic literature and the Spanish -Quechua dictionaries of the written tradition of the Ancien Regime, our goal is to identify their mark on the judicial documentation in the jurisdiction of the city of San Salvador de Jujuy in the Governance of Tucumán, Juríes y Diaguitas in the Viceroyalty of Peru during the XVII century. El objetivo del presente trabajo es reflexionar acerca del impacto de las traducciones en la práctica de justicia interétnica en la doble vertiente de la producción normativa y la circulación en el espacio. Considerando a la literatura eclesiástica y los diccionarios quechua castellano dentro de la tradición textual de Antiguo Régimen, buscamos reconocer su impronta en la documentación judicial de la jurisdicción de la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy en la Gobernación del Tucumán, Juríes y Diaguitas en el Virreinato del Perú durante el siglo XVII. O objetivo do presente trabalho é refletir sobre o impacto das traduções na prática da justiça interétnica na dupla vertente da produção normativa e da circulação no espaço. Considerando a literatura eclesiástica e os dicionários quíchua-espanhol dentro da tradição textual do Antigo Regime, buscamos reconhecer sua influência na documentação judicial da jurisdição da cidade de San Salvador de Jujuy, na Governadoria de Tucumán, Juríes e Diaguitas, na Vice-Reino do Peru, durante o século XVII.
