| Sumario: | The following article studies the link between the administration of justice, the State and society based on the processes of civil and commercial justice in the National Territory of La Pampa between 1887 and 1934. The mapping of the cases from their cover pages will allow us to examine the functioning of the judicial offices and the social demands from a different perspective to that offered by the criminal justice. To this end, we will analyze official documents, censuses and judicial records, among other sources. In doing so, we seek to contribute to regional studies on the administration of justice and state consolidation. |
