The mapping of the cases from their cover pages will allow us to examine the functioning of the judicial offices and the social demands from a different perspective to that offered by the criminal justice. To this end, we will analyze official documents, censuses and judicial records, among other sources. In doing so, we seek to contribute to regional studies on the administration of justice and state consolidation. El siguiente artículo estudia el vínculo entre la administración de justicia, el Estado y la sociedad a partir de los procesos de la justicia civil y comercial del Territorio Nacional de La Pampa entre 1887 y 1934. El mapeo de las causas desde sus carátulas permitirá examinar el funcionamiento de las dependencias judiciales y las demandas sociales desde una perspectiva diferente a la ofrecida por la justicia criminal. Para ello analizaremos documentos oficiales, censos y expedientes judiciales, entre otras fuentes. Con ello, buscamos aportar a los estudios regionales sobre la administración de justicia y consolidación estatal. O artigo seguinte estuda o vínculo entre a administração da justiça, o Estado e a sociedade a partir dos processos de justiça civil e comercial do Território Nacional de La Pampa entre 1887 e 1934. O mapeamento das causas a partir de suas capas nos permitirá examinar o funcionamento dos órgãos judiciários e das demandas sociais sob uma perspectiva diferente daquela oferecida pela justiça criminal. Para isso, analisaremos documentos oficiais, censos e arquivos judiciais, entre outras fontes. Com isso, buscamos contribuir com os estudos regionais sobre a administração da justiça e a consolidação do Estado.
