Based on the analysis of a military judicial file, we propose to investigate the different strategies adopted by the inhabitants and vecinos of the village of Pocho in the countryside of the province of Córdoba during the revolutionary war. The research will also allow us to examine the involvement of different authorities in a year when the revolution had multiple open fronts and an uncertain future. Este artículo propone un estudio de caso sobre una comisión de reclutamiento y los modos de resistencia efectuados por la comunidad para evitar la remisión de sus hombres al frente de batalla. A partir del análisis de un expediente judicial militar, proponemos indagar en las diferentes maniobras empleadas por los habitantes y vecinos de la comunidad de Pocho en la campaña de la provincia de Córdoba en tiempos de la guerra revolucionaria. La investigación permitirá, de igual modo, indagar en la intervención de distintas autoridades en un año donde la revolución se hallaba con múltiples frentes abiertos y un futuro incierto. Este artículo propone un estudio de caso sobre una comisión de reclutamiento y los modos de resistencia efectuados por la comunidad para evitar la remisión de sus hombres al frente de batalla.
