In this context we will identify discursivities that supported the professional practice during the period, rooted in both gender relationships and profesional identities construction. En el presente trabajo se rescatan diferentes aspectos de los procesos de feminización y de profesionalización de la educación sanitaria en Argentina en los años sesenta. Con este propósito se analiza el influjo de los organismos internacionales de salud en interlocución con actores societales y estatales locales en los procesos de discusión, diseño y puesta en práctica de capacitaciones de diversa jerarquía. En este contexto se identificarán las discursividades que sustentaron la praxis profesional durante el período, enraizadas en las relaciones de género y en la construcción de identidades profesionales.
