They are studies that do not start from the condemnation of the subjects studied, but they do not exclude ideological criticism when it is pertinent. Secondly, Sandra's research always has a comparative perspective. The comparative perspective helps to perceive national particularities and shared trends between countries. Thirdly, we can mention her early interest in the study of the transnational circulation of subjects. And, finally, as a fourth point, the already mentioned active and creative promotion of dialogue between political history and the gender perspective. With this, she has contributed decisively to the fact that all those who question the constitution of right-wing subjects have to do the exercise of reconstructing what definitions of “man”, “woman”, “normality”, “heterosexuality” and “deviation” " They had. In this way it has allowed the exit from the ghetto of Gender studies and its full and decisive incorporation into the study of relevant phenomena of the 20th century.

De la larga y rica trayectoria de investigación de Sandra vale la pena destacar al menos cuatro aspectos relevantes y productivos. En primer lugar, contribuyó no solo a promover sino a más bien a crear un campo de estudios de las derechas con una línea de investigación que es a la vez rigurosa y crítica, pero no partidizada. Son estudios que no parten de la condena de los sujetos estudiados, pero que tampoco excluyen la crítica ideológica cuando resulta pertinente. En segundo lugar, las investigaciones de Sandra siempre tienen una perspectiva comparativa. La perspectiva comparativa ayuda a percibir las particularidades nacionales y las tendencias compartidas entre países. En tercer lugar, podemos mencionar su interés temprano por el estudio de la circulación transnacional de los sujetos. Y, finalmente, como cuarto punto, la ya mencionada promoción activa y creativa del diálogo entre la historia política y la perspectiva de género. Da longa e rica trajetória de pesquisa de Sandra, vale destacar pelo menos quatro aspectos relevantes e produtivos. Primeiro, ele contribuiu não apenas para promover, mas também para criar um campo de estudos de direita com uma linha de pesquisa rigorosa e crítica, mas não partidária. São estudos que não partem da condenação dos sujeitos estudados, mas não excluem a crítica ideológica quando esta é pertinente.
