Sumario:An investigation realized is presented within the development of the new plan of studies of the Nursery School from the Faculty of Medical Sciences.The clinical simulation is a significant expression of the teaching practice. This investigation aims to replace or enlarge real experiences from the real world in an interactive way. The objective is to deepen in the knowledge of didactic strategies used in the clinical simulation of the practices in first and third year. It deals with an investigation with a cuali-cuantitative design. Individual interviews and working stories are used and the conceptual work takes place in the search of a theory-practice circularity. The population is formed by the teachers who carried on the clinical simulation in different curricular places during 2017- 2018. The sample is established by homogenous groups of teachers from different types of practices, who have not had an specific formation in clinical simulation. After a strict bibliographic investigation the following categories are decided: the previous stage and the required resources, prebriefing, debriefing and closing of the meeting. In the reports it is enhanced that the stage is reliable and keeps coherence with reality, the respect for the student, having previous knowledge, the undestanding of the mistake as an input for learning and the interchange of experiences and emotions. Another substancial aspect is the approach of the link nurse-subject of attention. by virtue of the categories obtained from the cuantitative point of view a questionnaire will be elaborated and applied.
