However its application is dissimilar in different territories. This article investigates the conflicts around the Esi in a village in Chubut, in secondary school. The work is part of a postdoctoral research on access to sexual-gender rights of young people residing in three rural and semi-urban villages in Norpatagonia. The methodology used is qualitative, puntually ethnographic. Through it, different problematic nucleuses are identified and it is proposed to understand the conflicts around the application of the ESI. The work conclusion considers the intervening actors, their perspectives and cultural practices, as well as the intelligibility of the norm that from of different agencies of state involved. La ley de Educación Sexual Integral (ESI) cumplió más de 15 años de aplicación en Argentina, sin embargo su aplicación es disímil en los diferentes territorios. Este artículo indaga en las conflictividades en torno a la Esi en una localidad pequeña de Chubut, en la escuela secundaria. El trabajo se enmarca en una investigación posdoctoral sobre acceso a derechos sexo-genéricos de les jóvenes residentes en tres localidades rurales y semiurbanas de Norpatagonia. A partir de una metodología cualitativa de corte etnográfico se identifican diferentes núcleos problemáticos y se propone comprender los conflictos en torno a la aplicación de la ESI, considerando los actores intervinientes, sus perspectivas y prácticas culturales, así como la inteligibilidad de la norma que surge a partir de las diferentes agencias estatales involucradas.
