We seek to approach the forms through which the parastatal repressive practices took against mobilized workers during 1919-1922 period. For that, we inquired in the relations that exist between the Liga, the elites and state institutions, like the police and judicial power of the Territorio. With this objective, we examine repression cases against stevedores in pampean towns of Vértiz, in 1919; and Alpachiri, in 1921. We sustain that Liga Patriótica, to instrument its repression actions, appealed to territorial police and judiciary, which applied the Defensa Social law in several opportunities as part of the anti-maximalism repressive policy. To perform the analysis, we have come to various sources (legislatives, journalistic, workers press, police and judiciary documents), and we analyzed the ideologemes used to justify repression, as well as the police and judiciary mechanisms used to make it effective. El presente trabajo analiza los mecanismos represivos y los dispositivos discursivos e ideológicos utilizados por la Liga Patriótica en el Territorio Nacional de La Pampa, con el propósito de realizar un aporte a la historiografía que, desde diversos enfoques, ha estudiado el accionar de esta organización. Buscamos hacer una aproximación a las formas que tomaron las prácticas represivas paraestatales contra los trabajadores movilizados durante el período 1919-1922. Para ello indagamos en la relación existente entre la Liga, las elites y las instituciones estatales, como la policía y el poder judicial del Territorio. Con este objetivo, estudiamos los casos de la represión contra los estibadores en las localidades pampeanas de Vértiz, en 1919, y Alpachiri, en 1921. Sostenemos que la Liga Patriótica, para instrumentar su represión, recurrió a la policía y al poder judicial territorial, quienes aplicaron en varias oportunidades, la ley de Defensa Social, dentro de la política represiva antimaximalista. Para realizar tal estudio acudimos a diversas fuentes (legislativas, periodísticas, prensas obreras, documentos policiales y judiciales), y analizamos los ideologemas con que se justificaba la represión, así como los mecanismos policiales y judiciales con que se efectivizó la misma.
