In order to do so, material references published in the last ten years were selected as references that could contribute to a better understanding of the reality, as well as the needs related to the subject matter. The results show that the quality of higher education in the pedagogy course and the work done by teachers in the classroom have a close relationship. Developing the skills and abilities to think and learn planned and organized in a suitable environment is fundamental to promote the changes that are so much sought, thus leading to a significant improvement of learning in the classroom. Teacher training courses, especially in pedagogy, should offer support so that new education professionals can actually contribute to the process of growth and thus the maturation of society. It is believed that with the practice and development of the intellectual activities carried out in a concrete and participative way one can have a formation of integral fact. In this sense, it is understood that the methods used during the training process of the students of the pedagogy course should provide the student with an understanding of the mechanisms that lead to learning, in a conscious and autonomous way, forming in the student strategies that lead him to analyze And resolve conflicts.

Este artículo es el resultado de un estudio sobre la enseñanza en la educación superior, sobre todo en el curso de la educación, cuyo objetivo es guiar a los estudiantes en formación, así como los profesionales acerca de la identidad y la práctica de la profesión docente y pedagogo su formación en la educación superior. Por tanto, fue seleccionado como referencias materiales publicados en los últimos diez años, lo que podría contribuir a una mejor comprensión de la realidad y las necesidades relacionadas con el tema anterior. Los resultados muestran que la calidad de la educación superior en el curso de la enseñanza y la enseñanza del trabajo realizado en el aula, tiene una estrecha relación. El desarrollo de las habilidades y destrezas de pensamiento y de aprendizaje planificadas y organizadas en un ambiente adecuado es importante para promover los cambios que sean a la vez de búsqueda, lo que conduce a una mejora significativa de aprendizaje en el aula. Los cursos de formación de profesores, en particular pedagogía, deben proporcionar apoyo a los nuevos profesionales de la educación pueden contribuir efectivamente al proceso de crecimiento y maduración tanto de la sociedad. Se cree que con la práctica y el desarrollo de actividades intelectuales, de manera concreta y participativa puede tendrá un entrenamiento completo hecho. En este sentido, se entiende que los métodos utilizados durante el proceso de formación de los estudiantes del curso pedagogía deben proporcionar al estudiante a entender los mecanismos que conducen al aprendizaje, consciente y de manera autónoma, formando las estrategias de los estudiantes que llevan a revisar y resolver conflictos. Este artigo é o resultado de um estudo sobre a docência no ensino superior, em especial no curso de pedagogia, cujo objetivo é orientar alunos em formação, assim como os  profissionais da área sobre a identidade e a prática da profissão de pedagogo docente e sua formação no ensino superior. Para tanto, foram selecionadas como referências materiais publicados nos últimos dez  anos, que pudessem contribuir para uma melhor compreensão da realidade, assim como  das necessidades relacionadas ao tema exposto. Os resultados apontam que a qualidade de ensino  superior no curso de pedagogia e o trabalho do docente realizado em sala de aula, possuem uma estreita relação. O desenvolvimento de capacidades e habilidades de pensar e aprender planejados e organizados em um ambiente adequado é fundamental  para promover as mudanças que tanto se busca, levando assim, a uma melhoria significativa da aprendizagem em sala de aula. Os cursos de formação de professores, em especial o de pedagogia, deve oferecer o suporte para que os  novos profissionais da educação possam de fato contribuir para o processo de crescimento e portanto amadurecimento da sociedade. Acredita-se que com a prática e desenvolvimento das  atividades intelectuais  realizadas de maneira concreta e participativa poder-se-á ter uma formação de fato integral. Nesse sentido, entende-se que os métodos utilizados durante o processo de formação dos alunos do curso de pedagogia deve proporcionar ao estudante a compreensão dos mecanismos que levam ao aprendizado, de maneira  consciente e com autonomia, formando no estudante estratégias que o levem a  analisar e resolver conflitos.
