The research aimed to identify the degree of motivation of staff, and environmental influence on the satisfaction of these internal environments of the company. This was an interpretive research, characterized as exploratory, descriptive approach with qualitative and quantitative data. It was a case study where we analyzed the data of 19 questions answered by company employees Construction and Incorporated Walan Ltda. Those results showed a satisfactory degree of motivation in the internal environment of the organization studied. El estudio se llevó a cabo en el área de Recursos Humanos, dando énfasis a la satisfacción y motivación en el trabajo. La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el grado de motivación interna de los empleados y la influencia del ambiente interno en la satisfacción de éstos con su entorno laboral. Se trató de una investigación interpretativista, caracterizadose  como investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo de los datos. Se trató  de un estudio que analizó los datos de 19 preguntas contestadas por los empleados de la compañía Constructora y  Desarrolladora Walan Ltda. Los resultados mostraron un grado satisfactorio de motivación en el ambiente interno de la organización estudiada. O estudo foi desenvolvido na área de Recursos Humanos, dando ênfase para a satisfação e motivação no trabalho. A pesquisa teve por objetivo identificar o grau de motivação dos colaboradores internos e a influência no ambiente interno na satisfação destes no ambiente da empresa. Tratou- de uma pesquisa interpretativista, caracterizando-se como pesquisa exploratória e descritiva com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa de dados. Tratou-se de um estudo de caso onde se analisou os dados de 19 questões respondidas pelos colaboradores da empresa Construtora e Incorporadora Walan Ltda. Os resultados apontaram para um grau satisfatório de motivação no ambiente interno da organização estudada.
