In the first case, we emphasize the moral philosophical conception of law as well as the writing model that was Jouffroy as publicist for the "young" Alberdi of 1837. In the second, we analyze the way in which, in 1852, he thought, as Constant did, the political authority from the various theories of "neutral power" that Alberdi embodied in the presidential figure of the Constitution of Argentina adopted in 1853.
